All GetCurry Restaurants pay ZERO commission on orders and ALL Credit/Debit/Paypal/Cash payments go directly to the Restaurant. No customer payments are sent to GetCurry. For security reasons, no customer card details are stored on our servers.

All Takeaway orders, table orders and table bookings will go directly to the Restaurant and are unlimited in number.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand that Membership is a 31 day rolling contract or 1 year depending on package chosen.

We comply with GDPR Privacy. We do not sell customer data in any way whatsoever. Customers who register to place takeaway orders or book a table are covered by this Policy. Our Privacy Policy is HERE. 

If taking Debit/Credit card payments: We recommend you use www.Stripe.com as your payment gateway. They are the cheapest and they do not charge a monthly fee. Just create an account with stripe.com and add the secret keys to your Admin Control Panel (we will help you if required). All Credit/Debit Card payments will go directly to YOUR bank account. For security reasons, no customer Card or Paypal information is stored on the GetCurry servers.

Members will be able to see all sales transaction via their Admin Control Panel and export them to Excel for EOPS or for further analysis or email marketing.

Our system will always send notification to customers by push and email using our powerfull GetCurry email server. 

All app downloads are free of charge and contain no third party advertising (unlike many other app suppliers). Customers within your delivery area will be able to place pickup, dine-in (Table) or delivery orders. Customers outside your area will not be able to place delivery orders.

Upon membership package payment, we will send you a link to your ADMIN Control Panel.

If Membership payments are not made on time. The system will automaticaly suspend the account. We reserve the right to refuse some restaurants. Thank you for your custom.

By using this software or accompanying apps you agree to the following terms and conditions. All apps created by Mr Rick Kord (Registered Apple and Google Developer) for GetCurry are thoroughly examined and tested before release, property of which and name registrations remains with the author. Food item prices are initially entered by GetCurry and must be checked by the Restaurant/Merchant as soon as possible.

Whilst GetCurry take measures to be as accurate as possible. GetCurry take no responsibility for price errors. Restaurant/Merchant will have access to amend prices/items at any time. No Warranties.
